Absolutely impressed! It was cold out but the pool was heated and warm! Everything was soooo clean and quiet. I loved the entire experience. Lived in the area for years and then moved away. This was a great visit back and I can say best budget friendly relaxing stay Ive ever had. 6 stars if I could! Awesome staff too!

For the price you can’t go wrong, 1 block off beach. Fancier places on the beach but 3x the $…..3 great coffee shops 2 min walk away, liquor store, small grocery store, pizza shop and nice pub/restaurant all 1 block away. Real nice Apartment , the pictures are accurate…owner was great to deal with… free EV plug in station on property. Free beach chairs that saved me $20 per day. I would definitely go back

This place was by far my favoeite place to stay in Clearwater! The location is surpurb. Its so close, walking distance to Clearwater Beach and all kinda of stores and restaurants. We hardly ever took the car, just walked everywhere. The room itself is wonderful. Bed was so comfortable, has a huge TV. The pool was heated and was so nice and clean. Also for the tesla people, they have two tesla chargers on site to use for free. It was so handy. Highly highly recommend and will be staying here again and again. Ohh and the host was absolutely helpful with recommendation everyday and was very quick to respond.

Exactly as advertised. Close to the beach and all the action, but far enough away for quiet and relaxation. Antoni was a great host. Very easy to communicate with. Clean comfortable room. I would recommend for sure.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This place is just off the beaten path in the heart of everything and on the water. My son and I stayed here for five nights, The studio was super clean. Everything works perfectly and you can watch dolphins chase fish, right out your back door.
