Tropic Isle Hotel & Apts

The hotel has a great location — close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The rooms are simple but very clean, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. It’s also very affordable, making it a great choice for anyone traveling on a budget but still wanting a safe and convenient place to stay. The manager was very polite and helpful. It was less than a minute walk to the beach, which we loved! For these reasons I recommend it.

Will, the manager, was amazing! He offers a discount if you call and book directly with him. We were going to arrive after office hours (9-5) so I called him and he sent me a code to the room so we could get in when we arrived and allowed me to register the next morning. Quaint small room, but had all I needed. It was very clean, comfortable bed, full size fridge. We didn’t cook but there were some dishes. Small parking lot-enough for all the rooms. You just have to take the chain off the lot as he leaves it up so beach/Broadwalk goers don’t park there. Best part-it’s about 100 yards or less to the Broadwalk and beach. Really good restaurants right there on Broadwalk. Will is around there working during the day and always waves or asks if everything is ok. Will definitely return!|If I

I have to start by saying I'm very hard to please but 4 years in a row and this place is amazing!! This year they upgraded the rooms and I love it! The manager Mateo is always helpful and great, not to mention very accommodating. We also love the 5 minute walk to the beach!! This will always be our spot and I highly recommend if you want to relax and even have a great dinner cooked in there full kitchen(yes a working oven!!), or walk the strip with everything you could need. Can't wait for next year already!

Positive: The hotel was very nice and just the right distance to the beach but also not right on it where it can get noisy in the evenings on the weekend. But my favorite part was The manager!! he was so so awesome! Negative: I liked it all.

Will who is the manager knew we were coming to Hollywood Beach to celebrate my wife's birthday so he left a dozen roses and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. He and thus hotel is a class act. Room was clean and very comfortable and located 20 seconds to the beach. I can't wait to come back again to stay here. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and business associates in Georgia. 4STARS!!!!!
