I was one of the first people to move out there and I will say it’s been very nice!! It’s peaceful and the owner is very kind! Extremely reasonable pricing, the lowest Dothan has I’ve called to many lots in Dothan and by far this is the cheapest. Everything is included in the rent. 10/10 and the owner is also very honest and upfront about everything!
From the road the place looks nice and simple (no pool) for a quick overnight. A web site with pricing: nightly, weekly and military discounts would be nice. Help eliminate a wasted phone call.
I highly recommend Trojan RV. It is easy to work with Brad. He answers your calls, and keeps the area looking good. It is in a wonderful location for anyone headed to or from the beaches.
