Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites

Took our almost 2 year old and 6 year old for their first time. The rooms were a little pricey, but with the amenities and the park needing run, it totally makes sense. We barely even spent time in our rooms. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location is good. Right off the highway. Easy to find.

We found that Triple Play Water Park is very good however only for about 2 hours any longer and it gets old. The games area is great but again not for long. Also they do have the bowling alleys. We just expected more and the kids are teens. Silverwood by far is the best choice if open. (Boulder Beach).

Update: I got an email from the manager and she did offer apologies and did her best to accommodate us for the poor experience. I’m upgrading my original 2 star rating to a 3 star. Thank you TAMI!! I had high hopes for our NYE stay in the 2 bedroom suite. The room itself was great. I do not believe all beds were queens more like full size? Our party of six got no sleep due to the family staying in the room above us stomping around ALL NIGHT - we were not rested and were so frustrated we left around 10 New Year’s Day even though we got no sleep the night before. My kids informed me that the house keeper opened the door at approximately 9am ! I reported this to the front desk at check out and asked for a manager to call me and no one has called back. We've stayed at Triple Play over a dozen times over the past several years, and there are definitely areas the hotel could use improvement in. First, the hotel seriously needs to address the noise. Even the simple closing of cabinets or closing of doors in the room above you is likely to wake you from your sleep below -- and that's not even counting kids running around and jumping. Staff should be actively monitoring hallways for this behavior, and at the very least remind guests about quiet hours and to be mindful of the noise coming from their room. While the new refurb brings a nicer appeal to the walls, it doesn't extend to the bathroom or doors. Ours hardly closed properly and didn't fully lock. Neither did the bathroom door. The sink in the kitchenette didn't fully drain. And they g
