Trelawny Resort

The Rouses are amazing hosts! The location is incredible and there's plenty to do. Since the owners treat you like family, we had a chance to catch up and visit. All the guests get along great. The same people have been coming here for decades. I love the beach and the Sunrise is amazing! There's so much history here! There's over 200 shipwrecks that you can just paddle out to and snorkel on with ease. Stop in for a visit you won't be disappointed!!

Trelawney is the absolute best. Come here every year. Relaxing and refreshing. Amazing owners. Rooms are beautiful and the view is lake Huron from the private beach is even more so.

I had been to Trelawny a handful of times as a boy. All throughout my childhood, going to Lake Huron was consistently the highlight of my year. Now I have a family, including 3 young children, and this was my first time being there with them. Within a few minutes of arriving, I was standing out on the dock and sent this message to a friend: "Dude. It's glorious. My childhood memories have not let me down." We had an absolutely amazing week. The beach and water were as brilliant as ever. Our kids had a blast, and their joy was infectious. It's such a great place to connect and be together -- my parents and another family we love but only see once/year joined and each stayed in their own cabins, which further enhanced the experience. Can't recommend enough!

We came in off season and stayed 2 nights in cabin #2. Cabins have electricity/water but look rustic with the knotty pine walls. Very charming! The bed needs a new mattress but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay. Beings it was off season they weren't full and it was very quiet. Great place for families. Our son loved playing on the beach and on the wooden train. Sunrises are spectacular! The caretaker is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Trelawny Resort.

The cabins were super clean and well taken care of, the employees were VERY kind, and they have lots of stuff to do!❤️
