We lived there for almost a year. It's a nice quiet place. Very well kept. Video surveillance The owner is sweet as pie. Her daughter has a coffee shop in the office, with the best frappuccinos I have ever had and with such good prices. Whether you're here for a short or long haul this is the place you want to be.
We had a wonderful experience at this campsite! The hosts were kind and hospitable. Clean restrooms, clean campsite. Our three littles enjoyed running around the grassy areas and visiting the goats in the neighboring field. Close proximity to a few stores. Overall great memories for our family! Thank you!!

Great place, great people!
Passing through, this is a great place to spend the night! An hour south of Ft. Smith just off of Hwy 71 and only $30 for the night. We were very happy for the price! The manager went out of her way to help with my reservations over the phone. Tucked in behind O'Reilly's with a drainage ditch beside it. Clean and neatly mowed.
