This place deserves 0/5 stars. The guy behind the counter has 0 respect for his customers. He got loud with me and refused to give me a room I prepaid for while I was already there and stayed the night before. He also charged security deposit for everything I came to tell him was wrong when I first booked a room that was never refunded while the room had a headboard that was off the screws on one side and hanging over one side of bed. Refused to give extra towels and toilet paper.Electrical outlets do not hold any plugs to charge phones. Would not tell us where to find ice machine. Vending machine was never available. After yelling at me saying I can't get my money back and I never paid and he refused to check my confirmation number for the booking. After he banged on the door screaming t

I'm surprised by the other reviews on TripAdvisor for this motel. My non-smoking room was completely smoke-free. The foam mattress was super-comfortable and everything was clean. The carpet was so clean it may have been installed recently. I didn't have reservations prior to arriving, and the gentleman at the front desk was polite and welcoming upon check-in. I had great water pressure from the shower head, and wfi access worked fine. The room was spacious. Even though the property is difficult to find from the Jersey Turnpike, it's a great value and I hope to stay there again.

Positive: Good price. Negative: Online the website said there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning, but when I looked for it in the morning, I was told coffee was at a Wawa!

This hotel honestly felt like a 4-star experience at a 2-star price. Loved the decor — modern, simple, and very clean. The lobby smelled amazing, and the receptionist greeted us with fresh lemon water. Shower pressure was great (that’s a big deal for me), and I appreciated the eco-friendly toiletries. I wish the walls were a bit thicker because we could hear the guy in the next room snoring, but otherwise everything was super comfortable. Will recommend it to friends traveling through this area.
