What can I say about this place. Well one its fairly cheap (price wise) thats probably the only positive. Rooms were very disgusting, smelled very moldy and old. When I arrive my trash can had you guessed it trash filling up to the brim. The showers had black mold on the floor and the overall cleanliness was really bad. The bed smelled like sweat and was harder then concrete. I give this place a 1 out of 5 stars. I did not even take a shower because of the moldy shower. Overall I would not recommend staying here even if it was your last resort. Sleeping in a car would have been much better.

For the price ($75.00), it is decent place to stay in. The lady manager was polite. The best part was the water pressure in the bathroom. The worst part was no 'toilet paper', had to call and they showed up immediately. Wish they had non-smoking rooms available on first floor.

Very friendly and courteous service, large rooms, much value for my dollar. Weekly rates are best in town, very peaceful accomodation in a very central location in downtown Zanesville.. not my first stay, have never been dissatisfied.

I was just there lastnight and had to leave the room before check out cause I was getting ate up by bed bugs and then when you tell her she says no no no we don't have here I clean the room cause I don't like other people doing it so I know there is nothing and like I told her lady there is all kinds of blood spots from where I was smashing them in to the sheet. Room 115 is infested with bed bug me and my husband use to go here all the time now she don't care I'm calling code enforcement on her as soon as I get back in town. But plz plz plz save your money do not go there what so ever or you will be taking bed bugs with you

Went there, saw bed bugs, asked for a refund, got yelled at then she insisted on me giving her my change back so she could give me the $100 dollar bill that I gave her because it was "bad luck for her to keep it". I was accused of being a liar and I was as nice as possible and told her how i understand that it's not her fault . Will never go back....obviously.
