Travel Inn Motel

They were friendly. I was checked in by either a teenager or very young adult. He was very professional. I checked out late due to transportation issues and they were very accommodating. They did not keep my $20 deposit although there is a sign posted stating that either a payment for an extension is needed or vacating the room. I feel it was over priced for the condition of the room. The tile in the bathroom on the floor was coming up. The towels seemed very worn and stained. One towel had a red spot similar to the color of blood so I chose to use it as a rag for the floor after showering. I got a no-smoking room but it smelled like a smoking room. The whole motel smelled of smoke. The TV didn't work and the internet was very slow. Since the TV didn't work, I tried to watch a show on my phone because it kept pausing every minute or so buffering. The Kleenex dispenser didn't have any Kleenex in it and when I opened it there wasn't even an empty Kleenex box in the dispenser. The pillow case had a few small stains on it. It should be tossed. The listing shows that they offer breakfast, but there wasn't any breakfast. I did ask them about breakfast when I checked and they told me they didn't offer breakfast. ||||To be fair, I didn't ask them to fix the TV, or for a box of Kleenex, or for a new pillow case, or to do something about the internet. Clean room and no one bothered my peace and quiet. The people running the show are very nice and kind. For the price I was expecting to be offended by the atmosphere or cleanliness but I was pleased to see I was not and happy that the price was so inexpensive and would be happy to stay anytime I'm in the area again.

Dirty, gross, disgusting. Do not stay here if you value your life. They really deserve a negative 5. Tge county health department needs to shut them down. They have a big deal about smoking in the rooms and no matter that you don't smoke they charge you a deposit yet the entire place smells like a smokefilled bar. I don't even think they clean the rooms we pulled back the cigarette burned comforter and became uncomfortable at what we found. Dirty sheets it even looked like someone's buggers were on the pillow. Food crumbs on everything. Shower was so disgusting if you hadn't taken a shower in a week you still would come out dirtier. Oh and to top it off the yell at customers especially the gap tooth thing. This is like a Motel 6. The front desk staff doesn't smile or make any attempt to seem friendly or welcoming. The room was clean and adequate. The towels you'll find aren't much larger than dish towel and are as thin as a napkin. Bed, pillows, TV, minifridge, and toilet was all fine. The hotel seems and sounded like there 24 hour activity with the guests. All night long you hear coming and going and talking in the hall. I suspect quite a few of the "guests" actually live here. The checkout time is 11a.m., regardless at 10:30am you'll have a lady banging on your door then she yells "You need to be out today, or come pay more
