Travel Inn Lackland Sea World

My experience at the Travelodge by Wyndham/Ramada by Wyndham in San Antonio was terrible. Upon arrival, I could not find the OFFICE they do not even have an office that you can walk in they have to talk to you through a little microphone like they know the area is bad enough that they won’t even open the door in person . They insisted I could not cancel because booking was going to charge me for the whole amount. They made me call Booking.com for a refund, despite knowing it was non-refundable, and charged a $60 deposit||||I checked my credit card and I was charged not only once but three times for the room and addition the $60 deposit that evidently goes back once you check out which felt very suspicious. The rooms were Horrendous dust covered the vents and TV did not work (no batteries

They were okay people but the rooms were absolutely disgusting. These are all fake reviews. We were given dirty, hairy towels with holes in them and my stepson and I got bit up but bed bugs after switching to another room because that room had bed bugs too. It is a waste of money and closer hotels to SeaWorld than this “hotel”. Please beware and never book this place unless filth is your type of style.

Room for the most part clean & descent quite a few small roaches that seemed to come from the bathroom vent. You would think for the price per night, they at least have free coffee or some kind of continental breakfast. La Quinta is right around the corner, Country Inn is right across the street and most nights are way cheaper than this place way cleaner and they offer free WIFI free coffee and free Continental breakfast daily. You will get your money's worth at one of those two hotels for sure. Pretty quiet for the most part except for the lady worker who comes across really rude and mean.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The owner/manager started off nice, but a few days inn and watch out! We were staying here waiting for our apartment to be finished. They charge and charge and charge late fees -- and the amount changes according to their mood. And do not ask for towels, toilet paper, sheets, or anything else that "housekeeping" would normally do, if the door to housekeeping is closed. Even though that door is right outside if the owner/manager's back door. They will bite your head off! The owner/manager lives on property. Every hotel I have stayed at, you can request anything at anytime without a problem-- that's what you are paying for. And privacy, you DO NOT get that at this hotel. They watch the cameras 24/7 because you are not allowed visitors! They insist on daily house

It's a cool lay back lil motel goin towards the northwest side of SA i grew up in tht area so I liked it felt homie cuz of the side of town it's located on
