Travel Inn Hazen

For the price, this is a nice motel compared to other ones. Clean appliances and room, bathroom clean, sheets freshly cleaned, and conveniently located right by interstate. Non smoking room with king sized bed, $65 after tax

Positive: price was very low. Negative: bathtub had peeling paint. no coffee. no breakfast.

NOTICE: Location looks sketchy and the rooms aren't snazzy ...BUT the room was clean and the area was safe and quiet. The staff went above and beyond our expectations helping my husband and I, with whatever we needed during our unplanned stay. We didn't see the lake or go to the restaurant. Our room had a larger size fridge and microwave. We also had a hair dryer, mini coffee maker, etc. They actually found my husband a funnel to use so he could put oil in his bike! I would stay here again, most definitely...thank you Travel Inn!!

This place is sooooooo gross. The floors had mold and the bed was filthy. I'm glad I had my own blankets and pillows. The walls are also paper thin, the folks in the next room had their TV up all night and ear plugs didn't help.

I tried to request a refund of $65 but unfortunately they don’t do any refunds whatsoever. I had a family emergency about 2 hours after my check in and I’m going to fly back home. I was bummed out about that. Rooms where ok 7/10 ten being great. The employees are nice people but the not being able to get the refund was the problem for me and the reason why I’m giving them 1 star out of 5. This hotel does have semi truck parking which cost $10 per night. I’ll give them that.
