Nice place to stay at a reasonable price near everything Publix blocks away Dollar Tree right next door Wawa in the corner for the coffee and on top of that privacy very quiet place not the best in appearance but a little hidden old school Gem 💎 . Staff very accommodating manager / owner very understandable and professional great customer service. Making sure every day I had towels and my amenities

Inviting 50s style drive-up hotel. Pretty clean, close to several fast food and sit down restaurants. No frills, so bring your own soap, shampoo & hair dryer. TV was antiquated, but received cable. Had to pay 25 cents for small quantities of ice out of machine, which was weird but fine. Staff was friendly and we think some rooms are for permanent residents, but they also were fine. Our room had a microwave and fridge, but fridge was not plugged in and we were staying only one night, so we did not bother with it. 90s remodel (?) and high vaulted ceiling made the room feel more spacious. Like many of this era, the pool was filled in. Umbrellas at the patio area would encourage guests to eat or read outside - just a suggestion for enhancing curb appeal. We would stay again when in the area.

I come here all the time. The new staff who runs the property are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit. We had a 3 nights stay to enjoy. The rooms are getting better from inside. We were very satisfied with every aspect of the motel. The motel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we need. The motel is situated near to numerous restaurants, and supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Hollywood downtown. We would highly recommend a stay at this motel.

Room was very clean but run down the carpet peeling off the floor and dingey.old furniture that doesn't match. CRACK heads roaming the parking lot. HOWEVER the guys that run the place were very professional and polite and the room was only 85 bucks

You get what you pay for, I stayed here because it was the cheapest available, everywhere else was shockingly booked solid. Desperation is clearly rampant in Dania beach. It's barely acceptable, the room looks like a garage remodeled to a bedroom. Bed looked ancient, as well as the walls and other furniture. Air conditioner worked fairly well. Bathroom was small and had no hot water, but at least the toilet worked. Fortunately I only needed the room for sleep. If for any other purpose this would have been a complete disaster.
