Tranquilty Rocks

We just spent a wonderful, but too short 6 days at this absolutely amazing home. Management was very helpful and made sure it was an easy check in for us. The home was even better than the pictures can show. Was very easy to find. The sign for seal rock is right at the driveway. The beds and decor made us very comfortable. The garden wrapping this home was expertly done. I enjoyed walking all the little paths to some of the most amazing views of the beach and rocks right in the back yard. If you are elderly I wouldn't recommend using the adjacent stairway to the beach. It could use some updating. Just a short two min drive to easy access. We did use the stairway, but with caution. I highly recommend Sweet Homes! After our trip here we're ready to move there lol.

It was a nice place. The master bedroom king size bed was comfortable. The view of the stars from the bed was pretty cool. The kitchen was well equipped. Great views from the house and there were very nice places to sit outside, overlooking the beach. It's on a cliff and there are steep stairs heading down to the beach. Near the bottom, the stairs are not there but you can still manage to climb down. If you have trouble walking on uneven ground, this could be a challenge for you. It is just a short walk down the highway to a very good coffee shop.

The views were great and the house is in decent condition for its age. The master bedroom got pretty cold at night because it didn’t have heat. We kept smelling a faint smoke smell every time the heat came on in the living room so we contacted the rental company and left a message letting them know about the smoke smell. They never responded back and we were disappointed by that. Overall it was ok but we felt it was a little overpriced for the quality of the rental.

Nice house. Second bathroom is not too great. Deck views are wonderful. Great beds and a good kitchen.

Fantastic place to spend a week on the Oregon Coast. The views are amazing. A very comfortable home that has a really nice secluded feeling.
