Trails End Motel

After being displaced during the pandemic i was placed at the trial end and have been here for a few months and all i can say is my stay here was excellent. Nick was super nice and always made sure my accommodations were met. I never had an issue with anything. The rooms were very clean and it was also super quiet here. I would def recommend this hotel to anyone passing thru.. They even gave me christmas card and cookies, now ive never been to hotel that does that. I even got an easter card , management is so nice and compassionate.

Great place! & low key! No WiFi but, definitely, soon! (OWNERS) Nick & his wife are pleasantly polite souls.. I would definitely, recommend staying here. Nice & quite. Neighbors here are very respectful

Let's just say. Hard working lady who found a motel that was cheap that appeared to be clean. My boyfriend and I noticed they have pets on the premises; however, let's just say they would not allow our pet a Pug on the premises. Although others had pets on the premises. He said he was not running a zoo. It would have been understandable if he didn't allow others to have pets on the premises. He threw my money and told me to get out. In addition said you people, referring to black people always want what others have. The only reason he got a star was because I had to give him one.

HORRIBLE AND SCARY! Car broke down which led to my fiance booking this hotel. DON'T DO IT! Looked like it was in a horror movie. Dirty, dusty, and smoke filled smell. Afraid to even use bathroom. Sleeping in the car was safer and cleaner! The hotel entrance sign said "new rooms" this one definitely wasn't it! I think she put my fiance in this room as a result of racial profiling. When I complained she seemed disinterested! Find somewhere else to go!

Management is super accommodating. We are treated as family here. We have been here going on 4 months now and have had zero problems. Very quiet. Nick the manager is very nice. The rooms are very clean.
