Quiet, clean RV park. Close to grocery stores and Walmart

We lived here for 2 years. When we first moved in it was great, owner maintained property and you would often see them around just checking things. The latter part of our stay is what gets them 1 star. They stopped mowing and there were stickers EVERYWHERE! Some residents have dogs and cats and most don't clean up after them so there is poop EVERYWHERE. The washer and dryer in the wash house don't work well, don't wash well and need 2 cycles to dry and they were filthy and had lots of animal hair in/on them which gets on your cloths. They give you a set of rules when you move in and thenake some up along the way, like saying you can't flush toilets paper. Not in the original rules. And acted like I was an idiot for thinking it was ok. This is the only rv park I lived In That had an issues

Best camping park in midland Texas,the owners are very helpful with any problems you have and are the best people to rent from. The park is very well maintained and never have to worry about noisy neighbors,very nice and quiet.

This place suits it's name. It's very sad and delapitated. Glad we were only there a few days.

Just moved in but so far so good
