TRADING POST GLENWOOD & MOTEL

Room was very clean and comfy. Beds are Firm. Shower was amazing. Great temperature and pressure. If you're going to the catwalk, make it a weekend and stay the night. Very relaxing. They have grills and you have access to a kitchen. There's not a restaurant here.

We didn't try the motel only the trading post fueling station. Large variety of merchandise, and friendly service. There are tack on fees to use credit cards and there are no trash cans outside at the pumps. Good little spot to get restocked if hiking into the Gila.

9-1-2025. We had a great couple of days here. We started the weekend camping by Big Lake, then met family here for a couple days to Visit the CatWalk. The store and motel have been upgraded. The store has everything you need during the visit including frozen pizzas and a great meat selection that you can cook in the great BBQ area or provided kitchen. The BBQ area has a nice BBQ and Smoker. The kitchen has a nice stove, microwave, fridge as well as cutting board, knives etc. Sorry about the messy room pics, we had already started our stay when I knew I wanted to leave this review. The staff is great. Everything is super clean. There are great places to visit in the area

I Can't be able to make a review on rooms, but when I had a court call to make, my phone didn't have service out there, (At&t) 😒, if it wasn't for the lady working the register, I wouldn't have made that call. And got a situation situated. 5 star service most definitely 👌.

Making the trip from Silver city NM to Boise ID I always try to stop here. Laid back with some really neat Nic knacks. I've bought everything from Quality Jerky to Fossils here. Out of the way so cash is appreciated but will take CC. All in all a fun place with friendly people willing to talk to you.
