I don’t know that I’ve ever had a better hotel stay. The rooms were beautiful—updated, brand new, and incredibly clean. Everything worked perfectly for our family of five. My favorite part, though, was the staff. Everyone was so laid-back and genuinely kind. When I asked for extra bedding, every person at the front desk was happy to help. The location was also perfect—right off the highway, which made it easy to get to and ideal for our road trip. We will definitely be back!

Baited and Switched my room rate. Had a hotel confirmation number for my room cost $200 less than what I was charged at check in because I used a Marriott discount. Check in person said that this hotel is not honoring my rate, I asked why and was told that I had to have the same last name as the person giving me the discount rate. I tried to explain that that is not correct as long as I am immediate family member I can receive this rate, and you have my reservations booked under the same rate. I was then told that this hotel can choose to charge whatever rate they want anytime before check in. I was shocked at this point and wanted to just go to another hotel since there are at least 4 other hotels in walking distance but I choose to check in anyway because I was worried about this hotel

Stayed for a few days, and had one of the best experiences ever!! The rooms are exceptionally clean, our housekeeper Koti was incredible. Awesome attention to detail and super respectful. Definitely will be staying at this location anytime I am in town. Thank you guys so much for a great stay, especially at this time of year!

Dishonest Owners, Bait and Switched my room rate. If I have a booking confirmed for one rate and arrive at check in and the desk employee and Mgr says my discount rate is not being accepted and I can book with a different hotel property and receive my same discount because the owner of this property is not accepting the discount I booked and received confirmation pricing for is a dishonest way to treat a customer. I was charged my total bill at $273 not $103 and that is a large difference. If another Marriott accepts my discount then this owner should as well and to inform me at check in doesn’t allow me time to cancel my reservation and not be charged 1 night room rate for it being after the deadline to cancel and the discount should have not been available for booking. This is a very new hotel. Probably opened a little early trying to make the race weekend. Some items are still in-process. The staff, however, are terrific. All are friendly and focused on customer care. This is a great property despite the remaining work being completed.
