I stayed in this hotel for 10 days straight AJ - first of all, he is so kind, and he acknowledges all of our needs. Between helping me and watching how he treated other visitors, he is very generous. He is quick to answer any questions very informative about the area around and knowledgeable when it comes to needing supplies. TINA- always answers the phone when I call. Help me out with the laundry room and weight room. HANNA&ALEXA My room was perfectly clean. They provided excellent service. And had very nice attitudes towards me when I would pass them in the hallway. I will absolutely come back to this particular hotel if I ever stay in Ohio again.

I stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Girard, Ohio for one night over the weekend and was very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel is extremely easy to access from the interstate, and its location near several restaurants and coffee shops makes it especially convenient for travelers. The property itself is brand new, and that really shows. Everything from the lobby to the hallways and common areas felt modern, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciated the complementary on site parking.||Check in was smooth and notably pleasant. I was greeted by a staff member whose name tag indicated she was in training, and she did an excellent job. I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The property itself is very nice, modern, and brand new, which definitely shows in the cleanliness and overall aesthetic. It’s tucked away in a quieter location, which I appreciated, and it feels like a calm retreat rather than a busy, crowded hotel. The service was generally good, and AJ in particular was very helpful and professional, which made a strong impression and positively impacted my stay. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. There doesn’t seem to be a clear or consistent policy regarding late checkout, felt a bit unstructured. As bad as our experience was in Lafayette, Indiana, that’s how good our experience was here. It’s a brand new property only a few months old. So it’s still immaculate. The management was wonderful. We were given an upgrade to a one bedroom suite with our titanium membership status everything was was very thoughtfully laid out; plenty of plugs and towels, nice kitchen set. Our status was recognized by the check-in person, and we were even given a little gift bag. Each little detail added to our stay. In fact it was so nice that we almost stayed an extra day to avoid some weather! So well done you, management, for getting this property off to a great start!

Took a leap of faith booking this hotel. It's brand new and didn't even have pictures when I booked it. What a great surprise! The facility is brand new (2025-10). Room is modern and clean. It even has mini-kitchen with sink and induction cooktop! Service is great. Special shout-out to AJ who checked us in. He showed us the conference room and reserved it for us when I mentioned I had to call into a meeting the next day. Overall, very happy with the stay.
