TownePlace Suites by Marriott Wareham Buzzards Bay

This review is a little late because we stayed 2 nights in early Nov. The room we had was on the top floor. It's a newer hotel so everything seems quite new. The room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen, although small, was fine for a few days. We didn't cook in the room, but there are a few restaurants very close. The staff was cordial and friendly and it was handy to be able to do some laundry before we continued our trip. The only recommendation that I'd suggest, besides asking for a top floor room, is to ask for a room in the rear of the building, facing the cranberry bogs. The front side faces the parking lot and a busy road, so the traffic noise was somewhat noticeable at night. Another plus was that, as we were leaving and packing up our car, a member of staff came

We love this hotel every time we come!! The staff is amazing and so hospitable - they always makes us feel welcome and at home!!! We have to give special shout outs to Cynthia, Laurie, Donna, and Tom for their impeccable service, going above and beyond for us, and their friendship as well! They are the best!! It is also always clean and beautiful here and our family has a blast every time. It is our yearly tradition and a gift. God bless you all!! 🤩♥️🕊️🙌🌠

I thought that this hotel was great. Only one issue that our room was not ready when we arrived even when we had contacted the hotel that we needed to check in early to change for the rehearsal but being the grooms parents we needed to go to the venue early to check on our vendor. Woman at desk told us we had an hour wait. No help to resolve issue and was not to sympathetic. We found others from the wedding party and changed in there rooms. Otherwise the hotel was lovely, clean, great breakfast. Very nice staff in breakfast room. Excellent stay

It’s all about the smile!! The staff is great! Joe & Cynthia behind the front desk working over Christmas did it with smiles and sweet demeanors. Their welcome and good byes were sincere and it meant a lot to anyone traveling over the holidays. You are choosing the right people to be the face and personality of Marriott 👍👍👍

From check in there was a wonderful atmosphere i didn't get the name of the young lady but thank you for the recommendation 😊 on the view... at check saw a familiar face Cynthia had check me in the night before in Plymouth. I had a great experience at both locations. I love the teamwork at to the conversation between Cynthia and I. I stay here for my team too so I can relate of work family....great feeling being an explorer in the Marriott bonvoy...Cynthia you are amazing 👏 and to my beautiful sista that checked me in your vibe was amazing 👏 🤩
