TownePlace Suites by Marriott Miami Airport

I recently stayed here and I loved the fact that it’s so close to the airport. I will say that I wish the pool got better sunlight. It seems like no matter how sunny it was the pool didn’t get much sunlight. The rooms are big and clean. The staff was very nice. Next time I come I would probably stay closer to the beach. South beach is about 25 minutes via uber.

Good location near the airport. We ended up waiting over 2 hours for our room to be ready. Changed our dinner plans to eat at the hotel . Food was good. Room was clean but better communication would have been appreciated. Manager was aware of our situation.

Was here a day before our cruise and we definitely will be back! When we got our luggage we were on the free hotel shuttle within 10 minutes (from airport to hotel)! We were then offered water by the driver - a nice touch after a long day of travel. The value for the money is way more worth it than paying double the rate right near the cruise terminal. We took shuttle from hotel to cruise ($14 pp). Breakfast was included too!

Positive: The lady at the front desk was so kind to us when we arrived in the middle of the night after a very delayed plane ride. She gave my 7 year old a snack; who had a very long day and was exhausted. Was just very welcoming. Very clean and comfortable also Negative: ""

We stayed at this hotel in November for one night as we were going on a cruise the following day. We chose this location since it was close to the Port of Miami and the website said there is a shuttle. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was clean. |When we arrived I saw the shuttle van, it had the hotel’s logo on it, so when I checked in I asked if the shuttle could take us to the Port the next morning. I was told that they would arrange for us to be picked up at 11 am. ||The next morning the front desk staff directed us to the driver. He took us outside but put our luggage into a Suburban type SUV and not the shuttle. Since there were quite a few people in the lobby I thought the shuttle may have been full so the hotel arranged for an overflow vehicle. We waited for an
