TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hixson

We came to the hotel as our power had gone out. We arrived early (around 11:00 a.m.), but the front desk clerk was able to get us into a room right away. Once in the room, found 2 light bulbs out, which were replaced in short order. Great service! The room was very large, with a full sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, and oven w/ hood. We had brought some food with us, given the weather, and had no problem working with that kitchen set up. The wifi was strong and quick, TV worked with a good variety of channels, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The atmosphere was great. My family and I had an excellent time. I absolutely loved my room and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with our stay here. Everything was clean. The gym is nice and has a filtered water fountain for filling up water bottles. There is a small outdoor area that had a fire going while we were there for families to enjoy. The room setup is really nice. I was impressed by the decent size fridge, stovetops, and stainless steel (non-toxic) cookware. The location works great for us as well. My only ask would be 100% cotton sheets.

Love this place. I travel for work and I stay here every time I'm working in Chattanooga. The mini kitchen is great. Cook my own meals. Just wish they would have more quarters for the laundry room.
