We had a double bed and a sofa bed. All the bed mattresses were too soft and sank in the middle. The air-conditioner was very noisy and not very cold. The pillows were also too soft.

I’ve had a phenomenal experience here. My room was upgraded for free and is well appointed for my long-term stay. Jacob was at the front desk when I arrived and greeted me enthusiastically before making sure I knew when and where to find the amenities on site and later helped me to get my laundry done when I had an issue with my debit card, he truly went well beyond my expectations. I’m often disappointed by hotel breakfasts but the variety and quality was good and everything was clean and neatly organized. I’m not normally somebody who leaves reviews but Jacob and the rest of the staff have been extraordinarily professional and friendly and I intend to relay my experience back to my company for their consideration when choosing hotels in the area in the future. Traveling with my dog can be stressful, but this stay was perfect. Very clean rooms, quiet environment, and the staff was so accommodating. Loved having a kitchen too—made it feel like home. They had a little bed for him!!

Positive: Very clean. Staff helpful and accepting of small dog. We paid $20 extra for pet which was very fair and worked with our budget. We would definitely stay again. We trust the Marriot hotel system to be a safe booking. Negative: Only thing we wished were different was we could not torn. Down fan speed as no option on controls, but in the big picture every thing was just fine.

I was here for 3 weeks for work. I was welcomed warmly by Cierra on my first night and every time she worked she'd ask how I was doing and feeling. It definitely helped my stay feel more familiar and pleasant while I was away from my family for so long. She was a fantastic front desk manager and super sweet! There were a few more staff I did not get there names unfortunately but I was treated well the entire time I was there by everyone I interacted with.
