I can not say enough good things about this location! All of the staff has been so thoughtful and accommodating!! Matt, the AGM, has been so helpful with scheduling and accommodations. Christy and Kia have been wonderful with my son, our family dog, and myself. They even sent up a birthday surprise bag to our room for my birthday. They have gone above and beyond for us!! It so greatly appreciated!! It is in the small details!! Thank you so much to each and every staff member at this location!!!

I frequently travel to the Cedar Rapids/Marion area and have stayed at nearly every Marriott property in the region. This was, without question, the worst experience I have had.|The room was generally unclean, but the critical issue was a severe bed bug infestation. We were in the room for only a short time before my family was covered in bites and red welts. We were forced to check out early immediately due to the health risk.|To make matters worse, the front desk staff was unavailable when we needed help, and dismissive when we finally made contact. Given the hygiene standards and the poor service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Ms. Kia is a pleasant attribute to this hotel!! Ms. Kia was nice enough to assist me with a room issue prior to my arrival and another room issue upon my arrival to the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed our brief conversations. Thank you, Ms. Kia, for making my stay here pleasant!

We had a wonderful time in the town place suites this stay! I actually like the breakfast better now that everything is individually packaged and they have trays encouraging people to take food back to their rooms. Those croissant sandwiches were so good! I had one every day! Everything was super clean and topped off at breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean and spacious. There are plug outlets everywhere. I still hate the feather pillows but I understand they’re probably the cheapest and easiest to replace. I wish they still provided lotion in the rooms as I couldn’t find mine and it was sooo dry in Iowa this year.

WOW! All of the staff here are amazing! They are friendly and helpful and ready to make your stay amazing! The breakfast is probably one of the best that I have had, hot and delicious with so many amazing choices to accommodate everyone. Easy access with plenty of spacious parking. Next time we are in town I won’t bother wasting my time looking at area hotels, this will be my go to!!!!!
