TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bozeman West

This is an outstanding TownePlace Suites and easily one of the best Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. The hotel is brand new, spotless, and the rooms are incredibly spacious—far larger than your typical suite—with a full kitchen, modern layout, and plenty of workspace. The staff truly sets this place apart. DeeDee and Willow were especially friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in feel like coming home after a long travel day. The location is perfect: only about 10 minutes from the airport, but still close to downtown Bozeman and great food options. The amenities are top-tier as well—the gym is huge and extremely well equipped, and the pool and hot tub are exactly what you want at the end of a long day. My stay was wonderful. This hotel is so beautiful, so clean. The beds and linen are so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hot tub was relaxing. All the staff was welcoming and professional. I didnt want to leave and I hope to be able to go back someday. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great 2 bedroom suite. New hotel with beautiful finishes, window coverings (blackout included; remotely operated). Clean and spacious for our toddler grandkids to run around, play, and watch children's movies on the big screen smart TV. We used the pool, hot tub and fitness center in our short stay. The rooms were so soundproof that I didn't hear the 2 yr old's night terror. I disagree with the people criticizing the beds and pillows. We slept great and woke up refreshed at 2:30 a.m. to catch our flight out of Bozeman. Easy access to airport.

This hotel is pulling a scam. They tried to say that my room had to be taken out of commission after I checked out, because of a smoking scent. Nothing was ever smoked in the room, and the guest services person was insulting over the phone trying to tell me that I am wrong. A small 3.5g bag of weed purchased from the dispensary would never cause a room to be totally fumigated just by opening the container. These hotels have cheap rates so they can nickel and dime you charge $15 for parking,etc. extremely bad customer service

Positive: A beautiful brand new hotel. Kitchen was everything you need and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast ion real plates was very good but arrive early as the hotel staff was a bit short handed. Loved the fitness center with free weights. Negative: Why did they charge for parking?? No need based on location.
