Friendly quiet atmosphere which is great when staying in an RV park. Spot are close together but your never bothered by other guest. Park has guest laundry and restrooms with showers just in case you need them. And its behind the storage buildings so your far enough away from 175 to not be bothered with road noise.

Nice little park. No frills, but does have a shower and nice and clean laundry room. I was surprised that they were closed on Sunday and when I made the reservation was advised to just come in on Monday to pay. I had to ask a neighbor for the wifi password as I came in when they were closed. They have pet rules but not very well enforced. Cows come up to the back fence and poop. Convenient for long term campers as the park is directly behind the Storage. Rent storage and/or rent a space. Very busy road in front. But.. you don't hear the road as the park is behind storage units. But. be patient if you are getting onto the road against traffic. The dumpster is way in the front near the street. Did not like that. No dumpster back where the actual park is. Not a fan. I paid the same rent her

Convenient location. Good price. Level parking on grass. Dirt roads are well-maintained. Utilities work well. Wifi is blazing fast (I clocked 50mps once). No cable, but I was able to pick up 70 broadcast stations over the air. Very friendly folks here. Not many other amenities such as a clubhouse, etc. There is a bit of highway noise, but not overwhelming. There was dry dog feces all around my campsite when I arrived. They might want to look into that. Overall a very good value and I recommend it.
