Tower Hotel was such a charming little hotel! My husband and I had an event to attend in Miami and were looking for something less expensive than staying in the heart of Miami. We saw good reviews for this hotel and went with it out of hopes that they were true. We are SO glad we chose this hotel. It was such a good experience. The hotel itself has so much character and is lovely. It’s a very old building but it has been completely updated. The rooms are so welcoming and comfy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They checked up on us daily to ensure we had no questions or needs. Check in and check out instructions were provided by text and email and were easy to follow. I’ve seen strong leadership in action, including hands-on training and support for newer staff, which speaks volumes about how the hotel is managed.||I’ve personally witnessed excellent work and leadership from Joya, who is a manager, as well as from Francesca, who also holds a management role. Loved the hotel...it was everything we needed for our quick trip to Miami. The staff was extremely helpful and responded quickly to every inquiry we had. The hotel was clean, smelled nice, and for the most part very well maintained. The only issue in the hotel itself, was that several of the outlets in our room did not work. I had to dry my hair in the room instead of the bathroom b/c the bathroom plug was one of them. Believe out of four outlets that we saw- two did not work. The only other issue we had was parking. It wasn't as easy as was communicated to us. The lot they point you to is a paid parking lot and most of those only allow you to park for a couple of hours (or pay a ridiculous parking fee - like hundreds of dollars) My husband and I are rule followers, so this lot wasn't an o

We truly loved our stay here. The patios were absolutely beautiful, and the property as a whole felt stylish, welcoming, and very comfortable. The space had a warm, lived-in feel that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The layout of the hotel was very thoughtful, with multiple entrances that made everything feel accessible and accommodating. We also appreciated having extra towels, linens, and toilet paper readily available in the shared areas. Our room overlooked one of the patios, offering a lovely view of a lively, creative space where you could sometimes see artists at work. The artist residency program and the curated art exhibits displayed throughout the hotel truly set this place apart and made it feel inspiring and unique. If you’re wanting a nice stay that’s walkable to all of the shops and restaurants on Calle Ocho in the Little Havana area then this is your place! Just steps from great Cuban coffee & pastries, Latin music, Domino Park, the Bay of Pigs Memorial, and much more it is a nicely furnished place to unwind and recharge for the next day’s adventures. The management is exceptionally friendly and responsive too which is always very helpful. There is no onsite parking, but street parking is easy to find in the nearby neighborhood. Highly recommend!
