Nick is truly one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I’m genuinely going to miss our chats and staying at this campground. He’s regularly around the property, and it’s clear he takes real pride in both keeping the grounds well-maintained and making guests feel welcome. We’re travel nurses, and this location has been incredibly convenient to Yale/New Haven. If we come back to the area, we absolutely plan to stay here again.

Traveling in a 38 foot coach we stayed 6 nights in a site for big rigs. ||The good….If you desire to stay close to New Haven then this is a good option, maybe your only option. This RV Park only has three sites (full-time residents occupy all other sites). Big coaches need a gravel pad, so we give this RV Park a 5-star rating, for the thick gravel pad. This is a very quiet park even though the main (and busy) road is right out front. The laundry facility is clean and equipped with modern washers and dryers. The bad…..If you’re traveling with a dog there’s no defined dog area, or any area to walk your dog. If you have satellite you will not receive reception here because of all the tall trees surrounding the perimeter of the sites. Also, none of the sites offer any privacy and if you visit

They want more than renting a whole freaking apartment to live there and you still have to pay utilities and everything directly to the power company and whatnot so they're literally renting you a parking spot for 1600 dollars a month for a parking spot. Smdh

This RV park is run by a Father & Son, and they are great, super nice and maintain the property well, and always answer the phone no matter time or day when you call. There’s a small office and laundry room. Dog friendly. I spent the last 2 1/2 months here, I’m a traveling contractor. Has full hookups, and at night you can hear crickets and frogs, pretty cool. Every site has a picnic table and clear marked out numbers on posts so it makes getting Amazon packages delivered to your camper easy. You also get a mail box located towards the front of the property for the duration of your stay. It’s safe and quiet. They have daily rates, weekly rates and even long term monthly rates! I’ve definitely enjoyed my stay here, and if I’m ever back this way for work, I’ll definitely be coming here again

Just what we expected. We were delighted to find an affordable spot with full hook ups just off I-95. It was very hot and we needed AC. When we called they were very clear that it’s not a “campground” and most of the sites were occupied by longer term residents. We were greeted warmly, assisted in finding our spot (8) and were told we could keep our truck hitched to the trailer if desired since it was a 1 night stay. Electric was great, our AC stayed cool, and it was very quiet overnight. Overall very happy. We’ll likely be back, since we have family in the area and could use this as a base for a longer stay.
