Tishomingo Inn

This place is rough. I needed a place to stay one night while I fished the Blue river. I read the reviews and thought "it can't be that bad" but It was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. The room smelled, holes in the wall, bugs, toilet cracked and not bolted down, dirty bed spread and a neighbor talking gibberish to himself all night long. I didn't take a shower because the towels smelled and barely got any sleep. The only good thing was that the TV and heat worked. I will never be back.

We took a little trip to eat at Ole Red restaurant and needed a place to stay since it was late. This place is pretty much the only place to stay in that town. It would be worth the drive to a nearby town to stay. Also, they do not provide hair dryers so bring your own. They did have a microwave and mini fridge which was convenient. But the rooms are really small and dated.

If I could I would not give it 1 star because everything is really bad door locks quit working and holes in the walls and roaches and bed bugs and they blame you for it all and I didn't have bedbugs before I got there so the next time I will go to madill Oklahoma because there's a motel beside the motor sales that is way better because it has carpet and they have a ice machine outside and I never got bitten there like I did at Tishomingo inn so beware renting a room at Tishomingo Oklahoma it was my first and last mistake that I ever made

Decent, but just barely. Not enough towels. I didn't know they made containers of soap and shampoo that small. There's four light bulbs in the fixture over the vanity. All four were burned out. And I haven't been able to decide yet if the stuff on the bottom of the shower curtain was dirt or mildew. They just didn't put in enough effort into keeping the rooms clean. It's a two star hotel at best. And it's worth about 60% of what they're charging at most. But the motel I normally stay at was being remodeled and it's the only game in town.

The good: TV worked, bed sheets and towels seemed clean, heat worked staff nice. The rest: TINY room,, DIRTY tile floors, hair on wall and in shower, no where to hang a towel or clothes within reach of shower,, microwave nasty, mini fridge had mold in freezer. Room was basically in a cave pics from my door...$62, should've been $40.
