NEGATIVES: Beds are full size, not queen. No king size beds available. Ground floor room smells like mildew bad. Showers have weird smelling water and are made for someone under 5'5". POSITIVES: clean and quiet. Decor is very cuteeclectic.
Thank goodness Tipperary Motel is here! My coworkers and I have found this place to be so reliable and comfortable for our visits to Harding County. Kind, thoughtful service with clean rooms and just-right-comfy beds.
amy was friendly and left the key at front desk! first thing you notice is carpets are very stained and dirty in entry which next we noticed things had just a sad dusty look ! our room was fine towel nice bedding fine but mud chucks told no us i it hadn’t been vacuumed since last user. tub needs a good bleaching! looks like levels of soap scum ! we passed on using it!lamps ,bulbs all dusty but she said windows leak ! breakfast was bleak! a few granola bars and a pear but coffee was ok!had a k cup and a pot of coffee . patio chairs were so rottennfabric was shredded and in ribbons! too bad so sad looking! won’t bother next time no receipt for my stay! said it would be sent but still haven’t received after a second call over it!
I've stayed here several times. The shower heads are great if your under 5'5". If your tall, be prepared to scrunch down. I'm 5'10" and it hurts my back. ||The water likes to fluctuate temps on its own. The water is also tinged yellow, so I would not drink the tap water.||The beds are worn and saggy in at least 5 different rooms, and are only full size. ||If you don't absolutely have to stay in Buffalo, I would 100% pass on this place. ||It is very clean and seems safe. The decor is also very nice.
This place was the perfect spot after a long day of driving. It may seem to be a little outdated but we don’t care about that. It was safe, clean, beds were very comfy and had refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. Night staff was very friendly and there was coffee, granola bars, microwaveable breakfast burritos and sandwiches. I would recommend this hometown place to anyone. There is a cute coffee shop, fun bar/restaurant downtown. We loved driving through the Cave road to see some beautiful sights just north of town.
