Beautiful and worth the drive. It's a long drive probably not ment for a low ground clearance car though. View is amazing on the way up.

This is a neat little guard station at the base of Mt. Hood. Great for trail running and kicking off a hike from a base camp around the timberline trail. In winter this one is lots of fun to snowshoe or XC ski.
