We always stay here whenever we’re in Florida. Best location off the beaten path. Great staff, pool & location.

If you are renting a condo there is a $40 / day mandatory valet fee and $70 / day resort fee. The drinks from the bar are $19-$25 so be aware. Coffees at the bar are $8. The rooms were nice and very clean. I booked through air bnb and it was a very smooth process.

We loved this place! It’s cute and very clean with the kindest hard working staff. The ocean views were wonderful from our windows, sitting outside our room, and by the pool. The broad walk and ocean are steps away, along with many restaurants, bars and shops. We will be back!

Loved this little gem of a place. This was our first time staying in Hollywood and only our second time in South Florida, and we stayed for a week. I only stumbled upon this place when I was using Google Maps to try to find a place right on the broadwalk, and I am so glad we did. It’s toward the quieter north end of the broadwalk but still easily walkable in a few minutes to the more upbeat section south if that’s your thing. Everyone we encountered here was so nice. The front desk staff introduced themselves to us, along with the housekeeper and maintenance man as well. Just a side note especially if bringing a little one, there was only a shower in our room and the bathroom floor got super slippery, so a little difficult with the tot but definitely still doable. Wonderful time at the Tide Vacation Apartments this week. What an amazing remodel! The rooms have been refreshed and updated but did not lose any of its charm from decades past. Beautiful view of Hollywood Beach at an area of the Broadwalk that is a lot less busy! No competition for a spot of the beach like other parts!!
