Thousand Hills Vacations

Went for Valentines weekend at these Cabins an they were absolutely beautiful, nice inclosed porch with view, close to attractions, very clean, comfortable beds. Only reason I made it 4 stars was the jet tubs housekeeping should do a better job if you advertise jet tubs. Went to take a nice hot bath an turned on the jets to end up having a bunch of mold fly out. GROSS. I had to jump in the shower to try to wash off after that and the shower was confusing to figure out which way was hot but not alot of water pressure.. other than that compliant it was a nice cabin!

We stayed in a cabin for two over Valentine’s weekend and President’s Day. Everything on the inside was super clean! Appreciated the carbon monoxide detector as we forgot to pack ours. Enjoyed the quiet, secluded vibe and minutes from all the main attractions. We will be back! Could not get the outdoor light to turn off which shown in through windows and our faces as we tried to sleep. Also, major bird problem with bird poo everywhere on the walk way out front.

We stopped at the Club House to look around. While there decided to purchase some tickets. The concierge staff at the Club House were fantastic!! Renea was great and helped us with tickets and local activities. Other staff were very nice as well.

They knowingly rent cabins with Jacuzzis that have hot water heaters that are not big enough to fill jacuzzi. the check-in info literally says that if tub was cleaned that day there might not be enough hot water that night to use tub. Guess what that also means: if you take a hot shower you wont have enough hot water to use the jacuzzi that same night. They KNOW this because it literally says this in the check-in information... but its conveniently left out of all the booking information.

We stayed here for our honeymoon weekend; let me tell you it did not disappoint. Beautiful cabins, and CLEAN. My wife and I are both weird about bathtub jets, but everything was perfect. Plus the staff was the most accommodating experience we’ve ever had. I can’t recommend them enough!!
