This resort has great staff, the restaurant has excellent meals. It’s a beautiful island with lush, green forests and waterfalls. The reason we gave it a lower review is because of the influx of the prolific amount of Nenne Hawaiian goose ( a cousin to the Canada goose) walking around. These birds have free reign over the resort and are allowed to swim in the various pools, defecate all over the property and are strictly protected ( you are not allowed to even shoo them away). Due to the above we would not swim in the pools due to the concern about bird contamination. We probably wouldn’t return.

We had an excellent stay for 9 nights here. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had questions as to where we would eat, so were pleasantly surprised how good the onsite restaurant was. They have theme nights so even though the menu was limited we ended up eating there most of the nights during our stay. ||We had a ground floor room which was nice as we could just walk out to the quiet pool. However, the property is full of Nene geese thus you had to watch where you walked. Plus the geese enjoyed our patio and left their droppings on it a lot. However, the hotel had someone clean it up at least twice a day.

Loved the facility and the property — everything was so clean, peaceful, and well cared for. The staff were genuinely kind and went above and beyond to help me check in early, even on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. It’s definitely a family-friendly resort with lots of families and kids around — I was probably the only single person there! Still, it was such a relaxing and positive experience overall. There is a higher parking fee and a few timeshare-related charges to be aware of, but the quality of the stay made it worthwhile. Would absolutely come back again! 🌺✨

Beautiful place to visit and stay. The Westin concierge are not honest people. They play games with your money and point offers. Don't trust them. Resort information offers 30,000 points and $150.00. They will change the rules and only offer 15,00 points and no $150.00 for attending a 90 minute presentation. Stay away enjoy your time on the island not with ownership office. It's a scam and rip off.
