The Westin Philadelphia

I stayed here in late December of 2025. Wonderful location, great clean room, and lovely service. The lobby and rooms have a beautiful traditional contemporary feel to them. There is adequate lighting. There is a nice chaise and small circular table set up for dining. The room has a nice charm to it. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is gorgeous. The tubs have little to no grip but they do provide a mat you can adhere inside the tub. The 2nd floor lobby has great seating area and a bar attached. Overall a great stay and central location. I would come back again!

Lovely hotel. The staff is amazing. Rooms are spacious.||Staff are knowledgable of the area and services available. The servers/ bar people in the restaurant are fast and friendly. ||I typically order the Westin Breakfast and have enjoyed it numerous times. The oatmeal is also delicous. For dinner I've had the salmon as well as one of the salads. Both were flavorable. Food delivery is well set up - there is a table across from the check in desk for food delivery so pick up is in the lobby. ||Making reservations on the Marriott Bonvoy app is easy. ||The hotel is city center. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to Drexel, UPenn, and CHOP.||We will return.

Room was good and mostly. I'm a Bather, so getting "low" in the bathroom you notice things you wouldn't otherwise..but this is the case at most hotels regardless. Ate in the restaurant. Small menu, but good food. Friendly staff. Had 3 people in our room, they only provided 2 towels. I asked for more in the app....5 hours later, still had not recieved, ended up going to front desk to get them myself. Building was secure, needed room key to get onto room floors, which was nice.

Exceptional stay and unforgettable first visit to Philadelphia Our stay at The Westin Philadelphia was absolutely outstanding. As a Platinum/Diamond member, I requested an upgrade, and the team graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. We booked this trip to celebrate our 10-year-old daughter, and the Westin team went above and beyond by surprising our family with a thoughtful gift basket in the room. That personal touch meant so much to us and made the celebration even more special. Breakfast was excellent with great quality and service, and the valet parking was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Every interaction with the staff reflected professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. This was our first time visiting Philadelphia, and thanks to the incredible team

This by far was my favorite place to stay. The staff was excellent. The management was perfect. The room was excellent in close proximity to my client and more importantly a safe area. I didn’t have to rent a car. I was able to get an Uber in and out when needed very close to all of the events as well as not far from the airport I will be back.
