The Westin Dallas Downtown

The staff are so nice here! Very attentive and helpful. The hotel, though, was fine. It hardly had an amenities- no coffee bar, very limited snack shop, no hot tub, really small gym and pool, and the restaurant didn't have a very extensive menu. The rooms were nice and clean but really, considering it's a Westin, I did expect more. Pretty basic hotel.

Clean comfortable room. Loved the large windows with city view. Staff was helpful and courteous. Meeting rooms for the conference I went to were nice, too. The lobby was beautiful and there were lots of areas to sit. I was able to comfortably relax after checking out while waiting to leave for the airport. I also really enjoyed being able to get a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato at One Main Perc without leaving the building. Great stay. Highly recommend

Hi, My name is Aikiya. I recently stayed at the Westin and wanted to share feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I had to rate the hotel three stars due to a serious issue involving items left behind in my room. Several of my belongings including important medical items were not properly logged into the system after housekeeping serviced Room 2533. To date, most of those items remain missing. Based on the situation, it appears that only the housekeeper who cleaned my room would know what happened to them. This has been incredibly stressful, especially given the medical importance of some of the items. I haven’t had my insulin pin in 2 days now. Room had some wear and tear. The bed lights were broke and housekeeping missed some things. Room was quiet(except occasional sirens)good veiw from 26th floor. The TV could use updating as I couldn't stream on it. I didn't eat there but at shops around including in the bottom. Bed was a bit firm but the sheets and pillows were nice. Location was very good and easy to walk around. There is valet parking and Roman was very attentive.

I was there for work, filming a retreat Jan 9-11, 2026 weekend and just want to shout out the valet service. Those men were extra kind,s o attentive, quick and so helpful. We had a lot of equipment but at the end of each work day they did a great job at tag teaming our exit and helping us load our cars. Special shoutout to Cowboy Alvin, his customer service was just amazing, super respectful man and made the end of our work day end on a great note.
