The Westfield Inn, BW Signature Collection

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 10 years. Since the chang in ownerships (last 2 years or more) it’s horrible. The beds are a bit dirty and the mattresses are worn out with huge divots where people have slept, the pillow are thin and lumpy, the room is dirty in the corners and not unkept, he front desk staff is extremely rude (I inquired about a jackhammer inside the hotel that took place from 1-2am and kept my whole group awake and was rudely dismissed saying “I want working I don’t know” I asked following questions but was dismissed). Extremely disappointed by the direction this hotel has turned and will not ever be staying here again. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, without mentioning the clea

You're kind of a geek for hotels you will appreciate the aesthetic because the building has definitely been in town for a long time.||It's also right in the heart of the City. And there's a lot of things to do around town. ||Feels like more of a bed and breakfast.||I will give it another chance the next time I'm in town.

Absolutely amazing experience. My room was very clean and the service was top notch. The staircases are very tight FYI.

My mom and I stayed here a few weeks ago. I was impressed with the size of our room. Breakfast is included and there is a great variety. The front desk people are friendly and nice especially Przemek, very nice young man. Centrally located to town where there’s plethora of coffee shops, restaurants and stores and the train station is steps away. Very comfortable.
