Staff are wonderful & very kind. However, when I asked about a discount for having to deal with a rat & cockroach infestation, they gave me "sticky pad mouse traps". 5 traps. After having them out for 3 days and nights, I was able to catch 6 of the little critters. Not to mention the 10-20 cockroaches that also found their demise on the sticky pad traps. I did get more sticky pad traps at the front desk & after my 4 week stay there, I was able to capture 11 more mice & countless cockroaches. Bunch of baby ones. This place needs to be sprayed down, maybe even burnt down. Again, no problem with the kind folks running the place or rather working here but the owners need to take better care of the place. Rent is very reasonable, I'm guessing that there is approximately 120 available rooms. I w

I lived here honestly a few years, I was going thru the most difficult time of my life. Although, the rooms weren't up to date but it was a roof over my head, and I was able to meet some really good people while staying here. The people who work here are the nicest, kindest men and women and I can say as long as we paid our room on time, their was no problem. Their was a few incidents of craziness that had went on while I lived there, but both were targeted. All and all living there took my mind off some serious things going on in my life. THEY keep a very TIGHT ship there so if you're doing something you shouldn't be, I don't advise it...

Beautiful experience, it's all about minding 1 business and being kind & loving towards all. Staff here is amazing. I've not had 1 problem & if something needed fixing they take care of it right away.

This establishment is really a zero out of 10 the office employees are very rude. There is no higher up contact to make a complaint I would not recommend anyone to stay at that establishment living conditions are not up to state code, plenty of health hazards. There is a serious case of rodent infestation repairman use electrical tape to fix in room problems.

The staff is extremely rude & not inviting in the least. There were several unattended children running and playing in the parking lot , drug addicts nodding & getting high all over the property , including in front of their room doors, dogs roaming around , loose with no leash , dog feces all throughout the grassy areas covering the property & just overall not a good place to be, would NEVER spend my money there again....EVER.
