The Watermark Hamptons

The house itself was great, but the management is unprofessional. We accidentally left a valuable winter coat and a blazer after checkout. We contacted the property manager, they confirmed they found our items and promised to send them. However, they never did and stopped responding to our emails. This is unacceptable, especially considering the price of our stay. Other rentals always returned lost items without any issues. If you stay here, be very careful not to forget anything – you may never get it back!

It was a wonderful property and gorgeous home. Big beautiful rooms and lots of space and ammenties for everyone in our party of 9. Everyone felt cozy with fireplaces in many rooms, cooking together in a beautiful kitchen, BBQ on the deck, and telling tales at the fire pit. But we also had ample space to go for a private break, workout, or private call on the phone. We will be back when the weather is nice to enjoy the pool!

This place was EXACTLY like its photos. It was incredibly clean, beautiful, spacious, and had more than enough bedrooms and accommodations. We cannot say enough about how incredibly nice this place was. Every guest said they slept great and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and trying to book this was very easy! They even mailed me back an item that was accidentally left behind completely free of charge. They have incredible personal service. Thank you! We hope to be back soon!

My cousin was married here last weekend. It's a spectacular venue. Close to the water. Sleeps 20+. Beautiful. An amazing alternative wedding venue. Why not have a place to celebrate and party all weekend with a wedding in the middle. Great for a family reunion. The pool can be heated. I didn't see the prep area, but there is space for catering staff. Multiple washer/dryer and dishwashers make this a very unusual vacation spot. Right off the main road. Parking for multiple vehicles. Simply amazing.

Very sad to hear that people left items behind and then never received a response and the items were never returned! What a complete turn off having read that. I have experienced that before and it is very frustrating and sometimes very sad because those are items that sometimes mean a lot to individuals. 😮‍💨
