The Washburn Beach House

The view doesn’t get any better than this. And a sandy beach to boot! Would be great for a summer stay. Nice and clean and well appointed, thank you again for a wonderful stay!!

We loved our stay at the Washburn Beach house! Check in was easy, good parking even with our trailer and location was perfect for our vacation to the Bayfield, Apostle Islands and Ashland area. Our favorite thing about this home was the private beach on Lake Superior. Amazing views!! We brought our kayaks and used them daily. Such a beautiful area right near the home on the water. Watching the sunset and moon at night was gorgeous. We also used the campfire pit which was great too. The 2 bedrooms were comfy and had Roku tv. The 2 couches and 1 pull out couch were comfy too. Functional kitchen and great large fridge for family meals. We would definitely come back.

Had a lovely weekend at the Washburn House! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful property and plenty of outside seating options (beach, deck, woods). Unbelievable views and sandy beach. Able to grill burgers, have a bonfire, and enjoy ice cream at North Coast. Host was responsive on any questions we had. Would 100% stay here again.

Stunning view! Very nice and well maintained beach house. It was perfect for our family of 5. Quiet area and so nice to come home to after adventures in the Apostle Islands. With 2 bedrooms, nice for 2 couples. I definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I just spent a very nice 4 days at the Washburn Beach House. The house is very clean, well appointed and comfortable. It is perfectly located to travel the entire area, and you have a very nice place to go back to at the end of the day and relax. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cool to sit out on the deck by the lake, but we are sure it would be a great place to have a sundowner. As I'm up early, I watched the sunrise over the bay through the very large window facing the bay, it was a nice way to start the day.
