The Warren House

This was an amazing find. We were skiing at local mountains (Sugarbush, Stowe, etc) and this was the perfect home base. Amazing value - for $70/night we got access to a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful den with working fireplace, TV with Netflix, and a lovely room with a full size bed and bunk beds. Joe and Kirsten were very helpful and nice, and everything was immaculately clean. I absolutely am going to stay here again, every time I can get up here.

Best place in the Valley! Beautiful, private, and unique. Amazing 70’s style set up with large sunken living room- completely with massive fireplace and wrap around couch. The kitchen and dining area is fit for small and large gatherings. I love the view of the river! Also close to downtown Warren and Sugarbush. We’ll definitely be going back!!

I had such a lovely stay here and already can't wait to come back. Great hostel experience with friendly, respectful travelers and wonderful hosts. Absolutely beautiful space! I loved the back deck, with a creek running by underneath. There's a cozy living area with many books and a fireplace that I'd imagine is so dreamy in the wintertime! Location is great, walkable to Warren Falls and a quick drive to many great hikes. Joe and Kirsten (and Moo the cat) are exceptionally kind and attentive hosts. Also, since it's a hostel I feel it's notable to say I am an early 20s female traveling solo and felt 100% safe here. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Joe & Kirsten!

My wife and I have stayed here several times over the past few years and are looking forward to our next visit in just a few days. The owners are very friendly and the accommodations are spot-on for the area. The house is well maintained and clean, the individual rooms are comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to use. The centerpiece of the house though is the sitting area, a cozy central fireplace surrounded by benches and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the company of the other guests, read a book, play games or just enjoy the view out the back of the house toward the river.

This was my first visit but my husband has stayed here several times. Cozy, friendly, restful place with an aesthetic feel. Quite affordable but I did not feel we sacrificed a thing. Well-equipped kitchen, ready to cook in or just warm up with a cup of tea. Lovely outside seating on balcony overlooking the river. Several updated bathrooms are shared with other guests. Near great hiking, farmers markets and swimming holes in summer, and of course great skiing in winter.
