The Vue Lake Tarpon

This was an on hotel. The staff there were decent, they were competitively priced for the area but they were off the beaten path. Besides the lake there close to Tarpon springs and the sponge docks. If you are looking for those attractions this might be a good spot for you however, if it's Clearwater Beach and nice adult nite time entertainment your looking for while staying here you might want to find someplace further south then this. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Very clean bright friendly hotel . Breakfast had excellent variety of healthy choices unlike the usual standard fare . It was well tended too with friendly staff . Beds were comfortable washroom bright clean and modern . . Highly recommend and wish all Of these hotels would follow this high standard of customer care

It's beautiful. The scenery, the pleasant staff and the ambience is spectacular. Very quaint and not to detract from it's current state, but like most things in life, this piece of real estate has tons of untapped potential. It's location being the cornerstone. Located on Lake Tarpon, with boat access and I do believe rentals through their private boat club. And a little over a mile from the Gulf.

We found syringes on the floor of the grounds. It’s obvious the other guest live here. This is a Low income housing project. No way should you bring a family here. The grounds Poorly maintained not to mention finding needles. Their office is closed two days out of the week, which includes Sunday. You would be better off, sleeping in your car at the Walmart parking lot than staying in this place.

A friend of mine had a room here for about a month. Everything about it was basic. There was no staff in the evening or weekend. There were no curtains, towels, blankets, pillows, coffee, toiletries, phone lines or matching decor. 'However, I will say, every room had an oversized balcony with waterfront view and at night, really cool lighting. If you are craving amenities, this might not work.. but if you need an inexpensive room, you found it. I will also say, the other people staying there were all really, really cool, good people, willing to help a neighbor. To me, that is more important at the end of the day. I would stay there again
