Recently stayed 3 nights over the weekend in villa 2 and stayed in 2 different rooms due to availability. Lynette and both housekeepers we met were very kind, professional, and helpful with anything we needed. They even kindly accommodated our last minute request to stay another night and quickly cleaned their last available room for us. We can't thank them enough! The rooms were clean, cozy, and fit our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend this to groups of adults or families looking to stay in the area.

It was our second stay at the Villas, and they didn't disappoint. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be staying there again. If you don't like stairs, stay away from the carriage house rooms. The rooms are great, but you're in for a climb.

The villas are surrounded by a pristine golf course along with very nice homes which makes the area more safe than most. We had an upstairs unit and were very happy with the layout. We had multiple different rooms with a common dining area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor was spot on. The ladies running the office were very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The only gripe I had is the tree in front of our Villa (#1) had a low hanging branch that made it impossible for me to park my 2500 under it. If that was removed, it would be 5 out of 5 stars. We don't all drive lowriders. :)

Our room was old and maintenance neglected, but otherwise okay. Bugs on top sheets, rips in fitted sheets, bugs in bathroom lights, a lot of hair in the tub, broken coffee maker, scratched up furniture, and an off smell. Staff is friendly and available. Checkin by meeting at the unit with a phone call upon arrival. Inside the plantation is nice but areas outside seem unsafe and we heard close by gunshots near the plantation.

Update (Dec 2024) - black mold on the shower liner, which is an inexpensive item to replace…there was also mold present up the bathroom walls. The bed is very comfortable. Nice location. Although the upstairs suite was large (it featured a massive walk in closet and even a washer + dryer), we were surprised with the condition of the room. The shower was not clean, we were given two bottles of conditioner (no shampoo), the light in the bathroom flickered, and we could hear the people across the hall. Worst of all, our fitted sheet was filthy so we had to sleep on top of the flat sheet. We would have washed the sheets ourselves since we had access to the W+D but there wasn’t any detergent. Disappointed by the carelessness that we experienced.
