Quiet, fast internet, beautiful location.
My wife is a traveling Doctor who goes to various nursing homes in GA. She uses RV parts centrally located in the different groups of usually an area of 4 to 6 nursing homes as a home base. She chose this park to work the Dublin GA area. It is a very nice, quiet park with shade trees and large pads with 50 amp electric, water and sewage hookups. There is a concrete pad approx 5ft X 7ft to drop your stairs on . The pull through spot is tightly packed gravel. The site managers live on site. A retired Army MP and his wife.(I am also a 7 year MP) They are very nice and very helpful. I did not stay with my wife on this trip and it got very cold and he helped her get her heat running correctly.
