The Vermont Retreat

This stay was absolutely perfect in every way. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to help you unplug and deeply connect with the land. The host was an absolute delight, and their attention to detail was unmatched. I loved the little love notes explaining how to access everything—they made the experience even more special. I would recommend this space a hundred times over. It truly was perfectly perfect!

The Vermont Retreat has become our little slice of relaxation heaven. My husband and I have now stayed at the cottage twice and enjoyed both of visits. The cottage is perfectly maintained and the setting is so idyllic. The hosts are lovely welcoming people and we’re extremely responsive and helpful. We love the town of Putney and it serves as a great jump off point for exploring southern Vermont. We’re always talking about when we can get up there next!

What an amazing experience! I can't say enough about the accommodations and the customer service by the owners of this amazing Airbnb Yurt. We got some snow and it got cold during our stay but the owners checked in on us daily to make sure we were comfortable and warm. The yurt had everything you need for a romantic getaway. Close by is a co-op where you can buy the staples to cook small meals. Great mom and pop restaurants nearby too. We look forward to a summer /fall stay in the near future!

My husband and I stayed in the yurt on this beautiful property in February. It was amazing! The most comfortable and cozy place to stay for a getaway! The yurt was even more beautiful than the pictures, every little detail was so thoughtful. It is tucked away and offers lots of privacy. And the wood stove kept it so warm and cozy. The hosts are so kind; Kathleen checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and had lots of great recommendations to explore the area. Putney is such a sweet little town; lot’s of great restaurants near by… although the yurt is so cozy it’s hard to leave. We will definitely be back again!
