The Veranda Historic Inn

I want to start by saying that I am a local , I live about 10min away from The Veranda Inn, and the charm of Senoia is not new to me …I do love our town and have dreamed of staying at the Inn since I moved here 5 years ago. First thing, when we checked in we were greeted by a hotel staff member named Ian. Ian was excellent. He was an absolute joy and wonderful first impression. He showed us around and walked us to our room, offered to carry bags up the stairs for us, gave us a thoughtful explanation of the property and showed us how to use the key pad to enter the building. Our room was impressively clean and tidy. Of course staying at a historic property, there’s charm and signs of age. I feel this property is very well maintained. The biggest standout to me was our mattress on our bed.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was wonderful!! Miranda, was the absolute BEST! She kept us well informed and made sure we were comfortable! We will definitely be back yearly! We won’t stay in another place in Senoia now, we have a favorite now thanks to Miranda!!!

We had a wonderful overnight stay at The Veranda Historic Inn. The charm of this historic property is what drew us in, and we were so pleased to find that it’s also well maintained, clean, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and cozy, with everything we needed. The air conditioning kept things perfectly cool despite the summer heat, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well and appreciated how peaceful the whole place was. There’s a guest fridge downstairs with cold bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. We also found the TV easy to use, with live channels available — no issues there. This place is absolutely one of my favorite places to stay when I'm on vacation. For the past few years, I have been spending time more in Senoia at this place and let me tell you, I enjoy it so much! The staff is always pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is wonderful. If you are looking for a place to stay, stay here! Especially if you are fan of The Walking Dead.
