The Trolley Stop RV Park

this was our second stay, but the first time we were able to meet Boris and Jorgette. WONDERFUL! we were running a little late and thought we would miss the wood turning demo- they were so sweet ! they waited for us to get our rig, parked and did the demonstration for us. It was very very exciting. Learned a lot, and went home with some great memories. And Georgette’s quilting is fabulous. I bought two pieces. wonderful place, wonderful people.

We stayed here for only one night, and it was a lovely campground. There were beautiful trees and chickens wandering about. There were a number of full-time RVs but their sites were clean and tidy and attractive. But the best part of the experience was Boris and his wood turning demo. It’s sounded kind of interesting to us and it turned out to be absolutely fantastic! At 4 PM., give or take a little bit as he is flexible, Boris does a demonstration with participation of wood turning. He gave us some background on the craft of woodturning, various tools and equipment, and he starts with a demonstration. But for those who are interested, which we were, he guides us through our first project. It was so much fun!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. This is a beautiful place to stay with a sense of community. The owners are on top of everything and fast to resolve any issues that may arise. Fall here was so beautiful and we really enjoyed having a clean, beautiful, quiet and friendly place to stay.

A true hidden gem in Brookefield. It's nice to take a step outside the hustle and bustle of town. Jorgette and Boris have put a lot of effort into maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. They even offer activities for guests and thier families. This place has really turned a new leaf.

Hidden away in the pines of South Georgia is this little gem. A part of me wants to 1 star the Trolly Stop, just to keep this place a secret, BUT that would not be fair to the owners. Mr Boris and Mrs Georgette have worked so hard to make this place an oasis for travelers. Mr. Lewis, who also works there is readily avalible for anything you need. They are extremely accommodating from booking all the way to check out. DO NOT MISS OUT ON BORIS' WOODTURNING DEMO!!! Trolly Stop will have everything you need!!!
