We stay only 1 night. The place location was amazing , you can see the ocean at you right a the canal and your left. Big balcony, clean room with kitchenette and sofa sleeper. Big closet with towels, iron board, hairdryer.etc . King bed all the utilities that you need . Fast check in, king communication . You can stay a week for enjoy our Florida beaches At the Hollywood boulevard you have rest. And tikis. We come back again and again . Thank you so much Tje Tel.

I would rate The Tell as an average accommodation. The Tell is in a renovated building and has about 4-6 units of varying sizes. The studio room was clean and the basic studio kitchen (fridge, microwave, Keurig Maxwell house) was as expected. The room was small and bathroom very small but updated with IKEA type fixtures. The balcony only had one chair. There are no common areas and no amenities except for loaned beach umbrellas and chairs which we appreciated. We saw no beach towels. The office is not staffed for check in but messages were sent on email and a manager answered the phone. The ladies who cleaned and maintained the small hotel/condo were very kind and helpful. This is a great place to stay. You can spend less money on a lot of the older hotels with thin walls, thin ceilings, bad Wi-Fi, and bad pillows. It looks like this place has recently been renovated. There's no Management on site so you have to call the number. The lady that I spoke with was absolutely fabulous. She walked me through the entire process even until I got into the room. It's a great location, you can throw a rock to the beach, and there's not really anything around it to make noise. My Wi-Fi was just good enough to stream, but I don't know how it would be if the other rooms were occupied. The Tel is the best hotel that is steps away from the beach, no parking fees, clean, modern, smart tv, awesome decoration, comfortable beds, microwave and mini fridge. They offer beverages and snacks for a low price, has balcony, options of shower heads and hand held shower heads. 10 out of 10 for me!
