The Tea Rose Inn at Plymouth

I stayed at The Tea Rose Inn for the first time earlier this week and I had a terrific experience from start to finish. Jane, the owner of this beautiful inn, could not have been more accommodating. I stayed in the “Green Room” and awoke the following morning feeling rested which is not common for me as I usually do not sleep well if not in my own bed. My room at The Tea Rose Inn was comfortable in every way… the king sized sleep number bed, the beautiful decor, private full-bath, soft linens, air conditioning, etc. And, everything was spotless which undoubtedly also contributed to my having slept well. A delightful and comfortable inn. A beautifully decorated home, both outside and inside, and the included breakfast was perfect. Very comfortable bed. We stayed in the Green Room. The inn is very close to downtown, and there was no issue parking.

Jane was the consummate hostess, she made sure we had everything we needed; breakfast was wonderful and there was plenty of it! The Inn was so cozy and decorated for the fall in a very inviting way. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area! Thank you Jane!

It was my husband and I's first time staying in a bed and breakfast vs hotel and I was a little stressed about the check in process and how everything works. Jane (host) was so wonderful. She texted with me to make sure she was there to meet us when we got there and walk us through everything. The whole place is out of a dream and back in time. We stayed in the Green room and I think it was the most comfortable mattress and sheets I've ever slept on. Everything was so clean and sanitary. Jane made the best little breakfast my husband and I have ever had the next morning, and we got to sit downstairs and have it in this beautiful breakfast nook. Everything was absolutely perfect. If you always stuck to hotels before like I did don't be afraid to change to bed and breakfast. Ultimate hosts!

We just stayed here for a wedding because all of the other hotels in the area were drastically more expensive, and honestly didn't look as nice. This BNB was not only meticulously clean, but it felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was made fresh, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and there is always tea and cookies and coffee available for the guests. Jane is a wonderful host and an even more wonderful person who reminds me of some of my favorite people in my own personal life. You will never stay at a more wholesome place, and you will never meet a soul more genuine than Jane. If you try her pancakes or meet her grandchildren - you're in for an even bigger treat! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. (She also offers a generous military discount.)
