The Swiftwater

Stayed here during the week and was blown away by the hotel’s interior design, the rooms, pool, and the staff. We had a lovely experience-the rooms were some of the nicest & cleanest I’ve ever been in, the design of the hotel itself is straight up sexy. Lots of black with gold accents, very modern, with mixed mediums and the sounds of flowing water. Also the photos and art on the walls really complimented the building. The staff was very kind, professional, and even their uniforms were so dapper; it really set a vibe. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to keeping busy in our room, but it looked quite nice with it being both indoor/outdoor and heated. We will definitely be back to try it! Very nice hotel! Nice location. We stayed with our kids (tween and teen) and it was a nice size room. The vibe is giving they would like to cater to adults, so be aware of the policies they have for the pool and the kind of restaurants they have on site. That being said it didn’t bother us because we were literally sleeping there after spending the day snow tubing. There are plenty of more family friendly restaurants nearby. I’d love to return with just my husband!

This is my second visit to this hotel and a good time was had. Upon our afternoon arrival, we were greeted with glasses of champagne. Now that’s what I call service. 🤗 Check in was fast and smooth. Parking is plentiful and there’s a covered area designated for smokers. I stayed in the Travelers Queen which I loved. It included a small sofa, lots of space, comfortable bed, single bathroom vanity, mini fridge, and coffee/tea maker. I stayed in room 420 which is around the corner from the elevator and faces the parking lot so it gets a lot of natural light. Our room also included an eye mask on the night stand. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything about the hotel in a clear and helpful way. Ashley made me feel welcomed and valued, and her positive attitude truly stood out. It was such a pleasure speaking with someone so very, very kind and accommodating. She is a wonderful representative of your hotel, and I’m truly grateful for her excellent service.

Found this Hotel on instagram, I decided to book a weekend stay for my husband’s 50th! Booked a birthday package which includes a breakfast , bottle of sparkling wine, charcuterie board, dessert , balloons and a few other things.. at a xtra cost, totally worth it. I’m writing the review sitting at the bar on our check in day. Needless to say we haven’t experienced our full stay! So far the drinks are absolutely amazing , Rob at the bar is not just a bartender, he’s a mixologist!! Hubby tried 3 different drinks highly recommended and engineered by him.
