The Swan Hollywood Beach Hotels

We arrived at the hotel at 12pm without any reservations, the customer service was amazing and so helpful 😀 he gave us amazing service and even upgraded our room for us ...it was a beautiful experience! We were right next to the beach... I recommend every to try it... Thank you ❤️

Positive: I absolutely enjoy my stay we live in Miami and just love to get away close by the best weekends ! Negative: Not about the hotel but the tow trucks are criminals ! We paid the parking and because the paper broke and it fell was not visible we almost got scammed for 100 but had to settle for losing 50 more dollars so they could un hook our car when we paid

After reading reviews we were definitely expecting the worst. It was not a 5 star place, but clean affordable and staff were great. Housekeeping only brings clean towels every three days and rooms aren’t tidied daily. (Not a problem for us). Kitchen Amenities worked. Pool was clean. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything going on. 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Very conveniently located from the beach (2 mins walk). Plenty of paid parking options. Very clean rooms. Lot of food options nearby.

The shower had someone else hair in the bottom of it and the fully equipped kitchen did not have anything you had to get a box from the front desk and when we did it did not have knifes or forks in it. The dishes we received where dirty. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach.
